1. BERKLEE Orchestration course prog report: Week 5

    Welp, I am barely treading water in this strange and alluring pond…I love this music math!  I installed and learned Sibelius notation software last week; had NO idea computer notation would be this cool- great program.  And EW Symphonic Orchestra is basically a very good sample set, still getting to know strengths and weaknesses with it. I KNOW there are other astounding sample sets out there, but I’m more drawn to learn how to mock up my ideas, and then find players to actually perform…sounds exciting!
